Thank you for choosing Enrichment Studio. We are a small business that operates on a made-to-order model, which means we work with production partners to create your items only after your order is placed. This helps us keep our costs low and maintain the highest quality standards.

Because of this unique model, we don't hold inventory. Once your order is placed, we immediately begin the production process with our partners to ensure your item is delivered as quickly as possible.

Printing Errors/Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to e-mail, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date a replacement order will be sent at no cost to you.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the right shipping address and if the address is entered wrong customer will pay all costs for reshipments.

Quality Guarantee:

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item with any defects, we will gladly offer you a replacement or a refund—and you can keep the item as a thank you for your understanding.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Since each item is made to order, we reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damage. Please understand that this policy helps us maintain the sustainability of our small business.
